At TankBackgrounds.com, every background is custom printed to order. We take pride in our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase.

Custom-Printed Products

Because our backgrounds are printed to your selected dimensions and specifications, we do not accept returns or exchanges for changes of mind, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or ordering mistakes.

Damaged or Defective Products

If your background arrives damaged, defective, or incorrectly printed, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at TankBackgrounds@gmail.com.

Please include your order number, a description of the issue, and photographs when possible.

We will review the issue and prioritize sending a replacement at no additional cost. Refunds may be provided when appropriate.

Printing or Production Errors

If we make a mistake with your order, including printing the wrong dimensions or artwork, we will make it right at no additional cost.

Order Changes and Cancellations

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Once printing has begun, changes or cancellations may no longer be possible.
